Special Needs PSR
The Special Education PSR program at St. Joseph has been in existence for over 30 years. Participants meet on Monday evenings from 6:10 to 7:10 p.m. in the school. The Rose Fitzpatrick Kennedy curriculum for individuals with special needs is used along with other Catholic materials. Volunteer teachers and students are matched and their religious instruction is designed to meet the individual needs of the student. Those interested in helping to develop the spiritual life of these students are encouraged to contact us.

On November 22, 2010 at the end of the Special Education Thanksgiving Mass, Grand Knight Patrick Gale and Deputy Grand Knight Angelito Guerrero, of the Knights of Columbus, St. Francis of Assisi Council #10792, presented Fr. Bob with a check to be used for our Special Education Program.
The monies came from generous gifts received during the annual "Measure Up" Campaign conducted by the K of C.
Mrs. Angie Fanara, Coordinator of the Special Education Program, was also present to accept the donation.
